established complex is located at the southernmost point of Lanzarote and is only a short walk from
the beach promenade and the lighthouse. With its bars, restaurants and supermarkets, the area is
considered one of the most popular neighbourhoods in the resort.

laid out with high-quality artificial grass, which invites you to sunbathe and offers many cosy seating

beds and a covered outdoor dining area enclosed with glass on one side. The private pool is
heated, suitable for people with reduced mobility and also offers a separate pool for children.

The complex has a large communal pool surrounded by gardens with cacti and palm trees, a boules
court and barbecue area for the owners.
The house has a Vv licence (holiday rental licence) and has been very popular with guests for many
years, with an annual occupancy rate of around 80%. Already confirmed reservations can either be
taken over or partially cancelled at the time of purchase (according to the conditions of the travel
